I was in charge of web development and collaborated with two colleagues.
The challenge was to develop a web design created by an external company. Our objective was to achieve pixel-perfect web development, which required more attention to detail and the inclusion of some specific functionalities and animations.
Analyze the web design and define the implementation strategy.Create the website from scratch with Elementor's Hello theme since this is lightweight. According to our analysis, the site could be built entirely from scratch only with Elementor widgets, slider revolution, and adding CSS for specific customizations that were impossible with this page builder.
We embarked on the development process with a thorough understanding of the project's requirements and a clear strategy in place:
Define the time estimation for website development, considering the complexity of each section of each page and device.
Preparation of the WordPress environment (installation of the theme, Divi, and plugin required) and configuration of the site's global elements
Implement the main desktop, tablet, and mobile Home page with basic animations and transitions.
Implement three service pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile, including the primary animations and transitions. This phase also involved developing new testimonial sliders with Slider Revolution for all devices.
Development of Referenzen and Partner pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile. We added the CSS customizations
Development of 6 pages from "Über uns" for all devices. Also, the development of the Karriere, Kontakt, Imprint - Data protection - Data protection applicants, and LkSG pages.
During this phase, we also conducted QA for responsiveness, Google Analytics, navigation, and functionality and integrated the cookie tool.
Client review, feedback, input, and implementation of minor changes.

We provided pixel-perfect web development based on the presented design. Following the design's guidelines, we completed the entire website development. We created template sections and global elements and optimized images and vectors for web use. We also ensured responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile adaptation and addressed bugs. Additionally, we guided updating content (images and text).
